Driver Qualifications

Hiring Process:

Applicants must complete:

-Road Test

-DOT Physical

-Drug Screen

-Orientation

-Clearinghouse Requirements

Requirements:

-Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

-Valid Class A CDL in home state

-At least 23 years old

-24 months of verified Tractor Trailer experience

Disqualifiers:

-No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents in 3 years

-No more than 3 minor moving violations in 36 months

-No failed drug or alcohol tests

-Previous revocations/suspensions reviewed individually

Background Check:

-Criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis

-No theft of equipment or cargo involved
