Pay and Benefits

Drivers

Regional Pay:

-$0.65 per Practical Mile

Accessorial Pay (Regional Only):

-$25 for each additional stop beyond 1 pick-up (PU) and 1 delivery (DEL)

-$75 for layover (hotel room provided if in a day cab)

-$30 per hour after 2 hours of live load/unload (must report to dispatch in real time)

Vacation:

-1st Year: 5 days (after 6 months)

-2nd Year & Beyond: 2 additional days per service year, up to 15 days

Referral Bonuses:

-$500 for referring driver/employee after 20 in-service days

-$500 for referred driver after 20 in-service days

Benefits:

-Health, Dental, and Vision coverage available 60 days after hire

-401K with up to 4% company match

Equipment & Technology:

-New, well-maintained tractors

-State-of-the-art GPS and ELD systems

-Fuel card for Love’s stations

-Drivers can park 1 personal vehicle (insurance and waiver required)

-Dedicated dispatcher/fleet manager with 24/7 availability and escalation points.
