- Collision Avoidance Systems: Advanced Sensors: Our trucks are equipped with advanced sensors that can detect obstacles, vehicles, and pedestrians in the truck’s vicinity. Automated Emergency Braking: These systems can autonomously apply brakes in emergency situations, mitigating the severity of collisions or preventing them altogether.
- Telematics and Fleet Management: Real-time Monitoring: Our on-board telematics systems provide real-time data on a truck’s performance, enabling fleet managers to monitor driver behavior, fuel efficiency, and vehicle health. This also includes comprehensive fuel monitoring capable of detecting rapid fuel loss, fuel usage, and refuel events. Predictive Analytics: Predictive analytics help identify potential safety risks, allowing proactive measures to be taken to prevent accidents.
- Driver Assistance Technologies: Lane Departure Warning: Alerts drivers if they unintentionally drift out of their lane, reducing the risk of collisions due to drowsiness or distraction. Adaptive Cruise Control: Maintains a set speed but can automatically adjust based on the distance from the vehicle ahead, promoting safer highway driving.
- Trailer Technology: All of our trailers are equipped with GPS satellite tracking technology as well as automatic tire inflation systems. The automatic tire inflation system helps keep tires properly inflated to reduce wear and increase fuel economy. Under inflation results in increased and uneven wear, which drives up the frequency of tire replacement; By maintaining tire pressure at all times, it extends tire life by 10%, increases fuel economy by an average of 1.4%, and significantly reduces the risk of tire blowouts and the potentially costly and dangerous consequences that come with them. The system also includes wheel-end heat sensing technology which immediately alerts drivers to overheating wheel-ends so that drivers can take preventive action to avoid damage.
- Temperature Controlled Trailer Technology: All of our temperature controlled trailers feature full reefer unit monitoring and telematics including door sensors, alarms, reefer operational status, and full reporting. It includes complete two-way remote configuration of the reefer (temperature) controller. We can monitor and control the temperature of our trailers remotely.
- Samsara GPS Tracking & Electronic Logging Device: Samsara GPS tracking software helps us gain real-time visibility into our operations and driver behavior, while increasing driver satisfaction, decreasing fuel consumption, and idling through predictive analytics and accurate reporting. Samsara’s electronic logging device is an FMCSA-registered ELD that connects directly to a vehicle’s engine through the OBD port. Live data is transmitted to the ELD so there is always an accurate log of when the engine is on and what speed the vehicle is traveling, as well as diagnostic information, such as engine fault codes, and safety information, such as instances of harsh braking or acceleration. Our drivers can quickly and easily capture bills of lading, delivery receipts, fuel receipts & more through the Samsara driver mobile app. Drivers use the camera on their smartphone to instantly upload notes, photos & relevant data right to the Samsara Dashboard.

With AI-powered harsh event detection, real-time coaching tools and easy-to-share video, Samsara Dash Cams reduce accident frequency by up to 50% and lower collision-related claims by up to 60%. Connected vehicle cameras enhance safety and security across our fleet.
